Post Pregnancy Fitness & a Workout



Previously, I had mentioned I almost feel back to normal, but my post pregnancy fitness is a work in progress.

I’m no where near my pre-pregnancy physique or fitness level, but you have to start somewhere! I’m using home workouts to steadily climb back.
