6 Pack Ab Workout:: Pilates Inspired



 This month I have been ALL ABOUT THE ABS..like literally kind of obsessed with working them out which is RARE because I am all about that BOOTY usually. I find ab exercises boring + that breakfast slosh feeling ain’t my thang.

But since I am on mission ‘I WANT a 6 PACK’ I have to do them so instead of whining about it, I created a workout to force myself to get in the mood. I like to make abs as fun as possible so these movements are a bit odd but I can promise are VERY effective, just check out my obliques in the photos!
